The State of Alaska is "The Great Land" and freedom is still in abundance.

Unfortunately many of the state projects were started and then abandoned.

Employment: 

If we do start building refineries, that will put a lot of people to work in a short time frame. We need to focus on projects that can start offering jobs in a timely manner. I want to bring work to Alaskans from the Delta farm Projects, to the Refineries up to the Gas line work through Alaska.
