The State of Alaska is "The Great Land" and freedom is still in abundance.

Unfortunately many of the state projects were started and then abandoned.

   IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement):

This is a must to get Alaska sharing in the profits from fuel sold to transportation. It must be put in place so all trucking companies in Alaska don’t have to base in Washington state to cover their IFTA. This must be done before any big projects are started in Alaska.
